Here are the sights from our first dinner in Radda the other night. It was one of the most amazing meals of my life, perhaps the best.
Crostini with toppings of fresh tomato, chicken pate, raddiccio pate, and olive pate.
The Wine: Fonterutoli Chianti Classico 2010. The 2009 was rated one of the top 100 in the world by wine spectator for that year. Regrettably that one was sold out. However, it was a truly incredible chianti.

Potato gnocchi with pesto,cherry tomatoes and melted pecorino cheese
Wild Boar Stew made with Chianti and Smashed Potatoes
Pork Tenderloin on a bed of spinach
